For a medium sized project such as a strip mall to K-12 facility; Strategic Consulting Group can visit the site one day per week to take care of all your scheduling and progress. This visit would include; independently documenting progress, photographing progress, updating the schedule and issuance of a new schedule. Independent progressing of a schedule is extremely important to ensure accuracy of the information.
